When I created my first Jira Service Desk project, the name was "External service desk". I already changed to "Suporte Ensinio" ( http://prntscr.com/utlrol ).
But the old name persists:
How can I fix this?
Thanks,
Gui.
What you are seeing there is the name that’s presented on the portal which is different than the project name internal to do your service desk itself. I know weird right? Go to project settings > portal settings and edit the name there.
Thanks, @Jack Brickey .
Oh, wow, this is so confusing...
Please, what are the criterias for a Jira Service Desk appear here in the portal http://prntscr.com/utm3i3 ? I need to remove "Demo desk" from there.
If this portal is for the Service Desk and the service desk is linked to a Confluence Space, this page should display the "groups" created in Confluence, right?

a project and therefore the associated 'tile' (e.g. demo desk) will only show for those customers that have been added to the project as Customers and the admin (you). So to remove it from the Customer's view just ensure there are no Customers associated with the project. While you could delete the project I would not recommend doing so because invariably you will want to have a project you can play with to test things out.
Regarding Confluence, for JSD you can setup a Knowledgebase to present your customers w/ helpful articles. You do this under the project settings > knowledgebase. Confluence groups are not associated w/ the KB.
