Problem to affect the role as "Organisation admin"

Please we need help to affect for some users the role "organisation admin"

Hello @HAMROUNI Nessrine , assuming you are using Jira Cloud, you may go to the User Management page in Jira Admin, visit the details page for a specific user you want to grant the role of "organization admin", and then change the role from the "Roles" dropdown, as seen in the screenshot below:

Yeah it's already configured but we need to affect the role as mentioned on my screenshot which is "Organisation Admin", what do you think please ?

To provide the same role, as mentioned in yellow, to other team members, you can click on the other member's name and go to their details page. From the details page, you will see the "roles" dropdown from which you can change the role that the member should have. Below is the screenshot of the "roles" dropdown, and how it looks on our instance:

Please there are only "site administrator", we had already done. But our need is "Organisation admin" how to do it please? thanks

haha.. okay got it!

For that, please go to Atlassian Administration, and then go to Settings from the top navigation. Then go to "Administrators" from the left navigation. From the page that shows, you can add Organization Administrators.
