Problem with email notification translation

Hello,

I have a problem with notification translation with Jira Service Management.
My project default language is French, models are translated in French too, but my clients receive different language in the email (French and English).
For example :

 
Automation for Jira a changé l'état à Work in progress.
View request · Turn off this request's notifications
