Problems with Sending Email from Jira Service Management

When i am trying to send replies to customer i get the following error in the Message Logs.


You can't edit the request type because the issue type it's based on was removed. To restore the request type, add back its associated issue type in this project's issue type scheme.

 

I have not deleted any request types that i am aware of.  Can some please let me know what  the default ones are so that i can see if some are missing?

which are the steps you take in order to reply to the customer?

I click the reply to customer button and then type my Answer and then click save.

I do not receive and email so i check the logs and find the following:

Maybe someoe removed the issue type from the issue type scheme of the project.

Is this project using a shared issue type scheme?
