Hi all,
I have a button on the Help Desk that I can't seem to find a way to change. The person who made this button is currently not in the team anymore. When you click the ticket it goes to another screen which allows customers to raise tickets.
Does anyone know how I would be able to edit this button?

Hey @Diego Javier Noguera Rico - Are you intending to change the verbiage on the button? I don't think this is something that's configurable in cloud, but I want to be clear on what the expectation is.

Yes, I want to change the text on the button as it doesn't really make any sense, a logical displayed text would say something like "Raise a ticket".
