I'm running a service management project and where I have the tickets showing I have the 'parent' field active to show a link to a trigger call, what I would like to do is for this to show the KEY and not the SUMMARY, is this possible?
TIA.
This one can be ignored now - I amended the selected columns from PARENT to LINKED ISSUES.

All you need to do is go and edit the queue to select the appropriate columns to be displayed
