Is there anyway I can stop the "Raise this request on behalf of" field from auto selecting when creating an issue? If not, is there anyway I can move this field to the bottom of the page? I tried moving the reporter field, but that didn't work.
Hi JayJuan, why do you want to stop it auto-populating? That field is only visible to JSM agents so they can raise a request on someone else's behalf. Here's some related questions:
