Hello everyone,
Our company Guavapay Limited using module "Jira Service Management Cloud"
and our projects have register to link <jira@test-guava.atlassian.net>and we don`t have link <jira@guava.atlassian.net>.
Now i see to option:
1. Rename link from <jira@test-guava.atlassian.net> to <jira@guava.atlassian.net>
How can i rename link and migrate all projects from old link(jira@test-guava.atlassian.net) to new link(jira@guava.atlassian.net)
2. Register new link <jira@guava.atlassian.net>
How can i register new link for Company projects(jira@guava.atlassian.net)
Screen about it in attachment
Also i would like to ask:
Can i register link without words jira and atlassian or the words jira and atlassian always should include in link?
I ask because we want to interact with clients through Jira and correspondence with them and we want to our name of company should be seen in link.
Thanks in advance.

Hi @Alex Koxaras -Relational- , thanks for response.
Were can i find section "Products" - please see below my jira screen?
And also how can i create a new link for projects - for example jira@guava.atlassian.net?
I think i can create new link and then migrate to new link existing projects - can i do it?

@Alex Koxaras -Relational- As per my knowledge the product URLs can only be changed in premium plans of Atlassian Cloud products. Correct me if I am wrong?
@Aleksandr Ganiyev If this is the case and you don't have a Premium plan of JSM, then you will either need to upgrade your plan to Premium before you can update Product URLs or you have to go with some alternative and more complex way, like migrating your current JSM projects from your current Jira Cloud Site to a newly procured Jira Cloud Site having a Site or Product URL of your choice (maybe, https://guava.atlassian.net).

Hello @Taranjeet Singh thanks for response,
I want to clarify information about our company projects and jira appilations,
We have 3 app
Jira service management - we have 1 link for crating projects
test-guava
Jira Software - we have 2 link for crating projects
guavapay
test-guava
Jira Confluence - we have 2 link for crating projects
guavapay
test-guava
And i want to open second link guavapay for app Jira service management and then if possible migrate any project from link test-guava to new link guavapay
Can i do it?

@Aleksandr Ganiyev Based on your Cloud Sites and applications/products setup, and based on my knowledge, I can say that you can surely use your Cloud Site "guavapay" to add (or subscribe to) JSM application/product and create new JSM projects.
But in order to migrate and merge your existing JSM projects from your source Cloud site "test-guava" to your destination Cloud site "guavapay", you will have to go through this Atlassian Support document to find and use a suitable method for your needs to achieve this: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/merge-multiple-jira-cloud-sites-779160767.html (maybe, "Using a CSV file to import issues", but with certain limitations and data losses as described in this document).
The simplest and recommended Jira Cloud-to-Cloud projects migration method using the Jira cloud-to-cloud migration feature provided by Atlassian, does not support the migration of JSM projects. See this Atlassian Support document for more information: https://support.atlassian.com/migration/docs/what-migrates-in-a-cloud-to-cloud-migration-for-jira/
I hope it helps!
