Hi,
My company has reached an agreement to provide services to a new a customer. The contract includes a penalty if our server downtime reaches a certain value during a quarter. The operations team has asked me to look for a tool that can help to manage the tickets and monitor the servers donwtime in a quarter.
My company is planning to use a custom field in order to decide which incidents have caused server downtime and calculate the server downtime adding the time required to close the incidents.
I have been looking at Jira Service Management but I have not been able to to find how to make a dashboard or a report that can include this information.
Any suggestion on how to do it using JSM standard capabilities if possible? Thanks
Kind regards
Hi @Lluís Barbal,
You can check another Atlassian app - Opsgenie. This is "On-call and alert management to keep services always on".
