SLAs Tier 1 and Tier 2 won't display on card layout

Hello, 

Service Desks SLA's (Tier 1 and Tier 2) aren't displaying on a Kanban card layout since the 7.11.X release.  Anyone else experiencing this?

As we know you can only have 3...

  • It's not all field values.  Example:  applying "Updated" as a value will display correctly on the card layout. 
  • However, Tier 1 and Tier 2 when applied will not display correctly.
  • Your 3 selected values in another order doesn't make a difference.

Hello John and welcome to Community!

It may be related to this bug: Customer Request Type does not show on board since both SLAs and Customer request type are Jira Service Desk fields. I would advise to vote for this bug to show you're impacted as well and to comment you're facing a similar issue with SLAs.
