So i want to have a satisfaction survey in customer portal. I want him to rate service and leave a comment with it.
Is it possible to have this screen in customer portal ?
Or it is only possible via email notification?

These days you can automate so that [Proforma] "Forms" are attached to the ticket, including on the portal, so that the Reporter/Customer can fill out a "survey" form with whatever fields you want on it.

Does this mean you could have a survey attached to the Portal, but not a specific ticket? Or asked another way, is there a way to survey active customers -- NOT tied to a specific ticket?
