Hi all, I'm wondering if there is a way to rename organization in a service desk project without removing and creating a new one, cos it would involve customer migration to the new organization, which looks like a hassle.
I would be very grateful for some advice or a snippet ;) Thanks!

I think that the only way is to use REST API:

I didn't explore much of the other possibilities, because the project was put on hold for now.

Thank you for your answer, but it's not a good solution for us, because the member of the new Organization must see the old tickets, where the old Organization was added :(
(And we cant add always the new members to the old Organizations...)
