Hello,

How can I search for these values strictly? Organizations  =  "Windows Support" OR Organizations = "Linux Support" OR Organizations = "Network Support" OR Organizations = Support

Thanks,

BR, Olga

Hi @Olga Videc,

what kind of field is "Organizations"? A text field?

I think so, on a service desk, customers you can organize them into organizations, I think about that filed.

OK, so I move your question to the Servicedesk-destination here in the community.

Same thing with labels would work, can i search labels values strictly?

You can only search for an exact label, there's nothing else. As far as I know, there are no "two word labels" allowed in Jira.

There is an issue for exact-text-searching in Jira:

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-21372

Maybe you want to vote for it.

But to get back to the organizations field: I don't know, if this is a text field. We do not use Service-desk.
