Hey lovely community!
We recently ended work relations with a colleague. I am wondering whether we can check if his account in the JSM has any active integrations before we suspend it.
Last thing we want is integrations with other tools to stop once we suspend the account and create cause chaos with other internal systems.
I have changed the Automations he made to my account, was just wondering how to check and migrate any other things he setup.
Will appreciate any input on this.
Welcome to the community.
You need to investigate yourself, you need to find out if automation rules run under this users name and see issues that get updated/created/resolved via this user, based on API call or not.
This is manual labor.
Best practice have a service account in your system (yes, this will use a license), but it will help you to have all integrations run on this user and not on a personal user account.
Indeed, I did move any automatons he has created and are active to my profile.
On that topic, if I disable the username/password login and leave only the SSO as a login option (we stopped his SSO account too), he will be unable to login et al, correct?

Correct, as you have SSO in place and the account is disabled at the source, the user is not able to login to the system.
