Hey,
we are considering the option of working with JIRA service desk in our company.
the only issue we have is that we want the service desk to be inside our internal website, so employees wont be navigated to another window.
is there is a solution? as the service desk refuses to show in iframe.
but with widgets the customer cant follow up the case. right? he will get only mail notifications
as there is no actual login
or im wrong?
