Hi!
Currently using Service Management Cloud. Part of the daily processes is to assing any new Customers To organizations.
Unfortunately it looks as tho the display is limited to 250 customer/organisations.
Any records grater that 250 are not displayed but still exist. Due to this we have had to limit our customers list to 249 so that any unassigned emails can be dispayed.
In JSD, there are no limitation on how many customers that you can have associated with an organization. This is explained in Atlassian's documentation -
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/add-a-customer-to-an-organization/.
You should be able to use the following instructions to view customers by organization -
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/view-customers-by-organization/
Here is another user posting a similar question and Atlassian Team responded (that there are no limitations) -
The only thing I can think of if there were limitations, it is because you are using a trial version of JSD? If not, I would recommend that you to submit a formal support request to Atlassian via your support contract.

Thanks for the quick response
We have over 250 Customers and can lookup any of them without any issues. It is just the displaying of the list of customers/organizations withing the Project. The list is only limited to 250 viable rows but can have 1000's of Customers
If i add the 250th Organization then there is no ability do see the 251st record. Below is an example of if i add in a 250th Organisation
You can see that the email on my Question has dropped off.
We are currently using a Paid version of Service Desk

Hi Thomas:
I am not aware of any limitation on display in both Jira and JSM (JSD). If you added the 251th organization to your project, then you should be able to see them.
I believe you should file a formal support request to Atlassian.
I will be interested of finding out their responses.
Best, Joseph

@Joseph Chung YinThanks. Submitted a ticket and will keep you updated.
I tried adding a 251st and 252nd Organizations but it still only showed 250...

There has been raised lately the very same question, to date without an answer:
https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/Customer-list-only-showing-the-first-250-organizations/qaq-p/1565599
Therefore: happy if you could share the outcome of support request.

Hi Guys.
I have had a response for their support desk. It looks like a bug fix request was summited in the middle of 2020 and i have been informed that they cannot provide a timeline on its resolution

@Thomas Scott - Thanks Scott. Don't know if this a bug only for the CLOUD env or not. In our envs we are on Data Center (On-prems).
