Hi all,
Is it possible to have service requests at the top level without using Groups?
Thank you!
Hello @Keenan McCrary
I order to have the different service requests visible directly on the User Portal, you will need a single group which contains all the request that you need to display. This way, it will not display the groups but the service requests directly on the screen.
Please refer to the screen shots below.
Kindly let me know if this helps or if you have any other questions.

Welcome to the community. Can you clarify what you mean by "top level"? Typically, the the portal displays the different JSD project(s), then once you access a specific project, then you are presented with the different request types.
Hope this helps.

So we have a project for service desk management and we want all the requests to appear on the first page instead of a user having to click on a group first. So instead of user support and operations support it would just have all the available options like Get IT Support, etc. Is that possible?
