We are facing issues where some of the tickets created by a slack workflow using a JiraCloud (Jirabot) is not updating Request type automatically . As we can see it is taking issue type as Submit a request or incident but it is not updating the Request type automatically and due to which the users are unable to see the request in portal . Please suggest reason/changes to be made.
Hi Rahul,
That seems very strange to me that an issue created through the portal is not linked to a Request Type. Can you share an example?
Hey John, apologies for the confusion. I have edited my query . Please have a look again.

@John Funk Can you please get this checked? This is impacting our support desk severely.

I do not have expertise with JSM tickets being created by Slack. Perhaps you should open a support ticket with Atlassian:
