In the ticket queue's you can sort the tickets by different fields that are already pre made. Ticket Number, Summary, Reporter and others. I can put the created field in the queue view, but it does not have the same click ability as the other fields, so I cannot sort by the created field.
Is there a way to add that functionality to the created field? As an example, I have a field in all of the different request types with a Job #. I have the field created in the tickets, and it is listed in the Ticket Queue, but it is not able to be sorted by.

Is your "created" field a text field?
If you were to look at the built-in "created" date field instead, you'll find it works fine. Just click on the name of the column, like any other. It works for me in queues and issue navigator.
Could you tell us where you are looking where it is failing? Could you try another browser?
