Hi Team,
Currently for incidents we have an option called "Stakeholders". So, is it possible to utilize the same field for problem as well.
You should be able to create a custom fields for "Problem Management" with the same characteristics and usage. Then you just need to add the new custom fields into the ticket which allows you to build automation afterwards.
