@Logen Subramanyan this is the only document I know of that provides basic workflow status definitions. Unfortunately there are not any explanations for JSM. A lot of JSM statuses are fairly explanatory in the status name but could mean something different within you company. Ultimately with any workflow status you need to derive the best definition for your company and teams.

@Logen Subramanyan I don't think you will find them other than what I provided. The reason is workflows and statuses really should match how your team works and the definition of each status should be something your team defines and uses to track and monitor work.
