Looking for any advise on how to execute on this.
Currently, my team is using service desk where we handle all incoming requests/tasks. However, there will be instances where a member will be OOO and the tickets are still assigned to them, if there’s no manual checks.
I am thinking of having an automated tasks whereby if a member is OOO:
We typically use google calendar OOO functionality so am wondering if this automation can be synced with google calendar? Alternatively, we also use workato which can help pull who is OOO for that day.

I've not seen a method to link the OOO to the automation - but I've seen Apps that can manage for OOO using delegation, like Out of Office & Absence Automation
Check out other options that might be available on the Marketplace :)
