Hi @Jiji George

Aside from project permission and filter permission;

Have we also check on Global Permission, Permission Scheme and if there are any Issue Security Scheme applied?

Also could be helpful if we can dig deeper if this could be on project side, dashboard or solely just listing out the result of the filter?

@Seng Pang thank you for the quick response. This is filter connected to a particular project.

I checked the global permission, permission scheme - these have JiraSD_AGents in the permission list , so it should not be a permission issue is what I think.

There are no Issue security scheme setup.

Hi @Jiji George ,

Could it be the filter itself is pointing to a particular project that the agent does not have the permission in?

Alternatively, we may also try to use the 'Permission helper' tool to further check on the cause.

He has agent access to the project, also he can view the issues separately . But when he uses the JQL query in "Search Issues" it does not work .

None of the agents having Jira Service desk access can view the query result.

Only the admins, owner and editor of the filter are able to view it. The view permission is not working.
