Hi,
When creating new accounts, after receiving the confirmation email the user clicks and gets the following error "The link is bad".
Have you checked this thread? Atlassian said:
This error message appears when the customer already has an account as an internal user or an inactive account.
Can you please check if this customer has a duplicated account on Site administration > User or Site administration > Jira Service Desk > Portal only customers?
Hope this helps!

I've just seen your second post, so you did check the thread :)
Do you reproduce the issue with other accounts or is this impacting only one user?

The only reference I could find to "The link is bad" error is this bug ticket: JSD sends validation email to an inactive customer. Can you double-check if the impacted customers are active (go to https://yoursitename.atlassian.net/admin/jira-service-desk/portal-only-customers)? You may have a colleague deactivating them without warning.

Hi Manon!
Thanks so much, it seems like test@domain1.com test@domain2.com and test@domain3.com hade already been used by someone else and their emails where there where you suggested :)
All seems to be good now that they are removed!
