Tickets are not showing under the Your Work - Assigned to me tab

Hi,

Our users have a problem with the functionality of the "Your work" field. When someone creates an isue which they assign to me, I don't see it in the "Assigned to me" section, as you can see on the print screen. Do you have any solution for solving this kind of problem?

Hi @Natálie 

The first thing I would check is the Resolution field on those issues. Usually these gadgets don't show issues if the Resolution is set.

that´s a good point. Anyway I´ve tried to create new ticket assigned to me and I cannot see it either even if the Resolution field is not set.

Do you have any other advice?
