Time to resolution SLA "Resolution: Set" Not Working Consistently

Hi JIRA Community,

I have an easy SLA configured called "Time to resolution".  It doesn't seem to end consistently though.  The SLA is configured as:

However, it doesn't stop the SLA when the resolution is set, in this example, Done.

What condition is needed for "Resolution: set" to be met?  Why won't this SLA complete?  Other issues of the same type stop the SLA fine.

Hi JIRA Community,

I was able to resolve this.  The problem was I had a screen that set resolution and I also had a post function on the transition that set resolution. Apparently, if both are setup, then the SLA for "Resolution: set" doesn't get triggered.  I removed the post function and now everything is working properly.

I am facing exactly the same issue.

Will you please elaborate on resolution. I am facing the same issue and if you can provide more details it will help. I am newly setting up JIRA. Can you please refer the article to provide more steps to complete the steps you have mentioned?
