Transition based on Comment

Hello again team. 

What I need is to add a listener (or something) to do the following action,

1. User comments "In Progress"
2. Transition to "Work in Progress Status"
3. Project Lead automatically comments "Ticket Status is now<Work in Progress>

I read some documentation but I think it is out of date.

I recommend you have a look at Automation 

trigger - issue commented

condition - JQL comment ~”In progress”

action - transition
