URGENT: Unable to access repository due infinite redirect issue

I’m experiencing a critical issue where I cannot access my repository at all. each time I try to open it, the page gets stuck in an infinite redirect loop, preventing me from loading the repository. This problem is urgent, as it is currently blocking my entire team from working and causing a complete halt in our development activities. Could you please look into this and help us resolve the issue as soon as possible?

I've checked the Status page and there doesn't appear to be an active incident that would cause this.

Here we are a user community and don't have any access to your instances. Normally I would say you should open a support case directly with Atlassian, but the tags on your post indicate you are using a Free plan. On a Free plan you are not able to open a support case.

So I can (and have) flagged your post here to raise it to the attention of Atlassian team members. You should hear from them within 2 business days.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community regarding your login looping issues. Since you're not the site's admin, it'll be difficult to get to the root cause. I would advise you to work with your site admin to further troubleshoot and resolve your login/access issues.
