Hello.
I have few issue type (Initiative, Spike and Epics) which when closed does not allow me make changes to the fields, I always need to reopen the ticket to make the changes and then close the ticket again.
This issue is to a specific project the same issue types are editable in another project.
I am not sure what and where I need to check to see how to manage/allow editing after a ticket is closed.
Any help will be appreciated!

Hi @srikanth.rao I found this article in Atlassian's Knowledge Base about editing the properties of the status to allow it to be edited after it's closed.
That would at least be something to look at.
