We have an email XYZ email registered to JIRA - https://XYZ.atlassian.net/
We usually receive a ticket generated in JIRA whenever we receive emails to our mailbox.
But today we are facing issues. We receive emails in the mailbox of our Gmail account but the JIRA ticket is not generated.

The issue got fixed, this was due to the email account validation issue.

If you click Project settings > Email requests > View logs it will show your email logs.
