Update Confluence and Jira links after cloud migration

Hi, We migrated our Jira and Confluence spaces across to the cloud over the weekend so now none of our links between the 2 systems work as the paths in the links have changed. 

Could someone please let me know the best way to have these updated from our on-premise addresses to the new cloud addresses.

You need to reach out to Atlassian migration support for that. You can reach out via https://support.atlassian.com/contact and create a migration support ticket there.
