Hie,
Is it possible to update a custom field using another custom field value?
Scenario: I have a multi-user picker field called Approvers which is hidden from the portal, when the issue is created this field is supposed to receive values from other custom fields such as Approver1, Approver 2, etc (single user pickers) which are available on the portal.
Your help is much appreciated.
Thank you
Hi,
you can create an automation that set the custom fields when the first one is updated.

I have created automation, but I now have the problem of getting the value from another custom field(e.g from Approver 1) to set it on the Approvers field. It just shows the name of the Users, not the custom fields.
