Use workload in a project

Hi,

I would like to use the functionality workload. Is it a way to set a calendar for my agents ?Actually I use Jira groups Helpdesk by adding members when they are here, or deleting this agent from my group when he is not here.

Is it possible to set a calendar on agents?

By calendar you mean who agent is working and on what days, and automatically to add/remove users from groups?

Out of the box you can't do that for sure.

You should search for an app to do that, BUT things could get a bit complicated if your users are coming from an active directory, and product access is being granted from there.
