User access requests stuck

User access requests stuck

Hi

I have 2 users that are stuck in access requests, they have been approved and they are still there, i have tried to deny access to remove as suggested but they are still there. Any idea how we can remove from access requests. Looked through docs and it just says to deny access for the stuck requests but this doesnt work

Any help would be appreciated

Have you checked this in an incognito mode? And cleared the cache?

yes tried both still get the following error
