Hi,
We have added our own descriptions to the priority field in Jira SM. When our agents view the ticket, we want them to set the priority in the Issue view. However, they can not see the descriptions here.
Is there a way to display the descriptions in the Issue view? Even if this is just a text box or similar? (see screenshot below, ideally next to the drop down or close)
So far the only way they can see the descriptions is to hover on the icon from Queue view, but that only shows the one that is selected at the time.

Unfortunately you can't show the description as you would like to. You could create a new priority scheme and add next to the priority name the description, but that would be real ugly imho.
