You can share a case with an external contact where 2 or more external 'contacts' wish to monitor the case progress.
However, is it possible for an Agent to see who has been invited to share case access, whether by link or email?
Yes. Any agent can check who is able to access a ticket by clicking on the "view request on portal" link.
You can also add an automation to have users added to the Watcher fields.
