Hello,
we are using the "Kanban Board" for our Service Projects. But as we have beside the customer Projects, one Project for several customers I want to group this items by an customer field - is this possible.
Other Question, is there a posibility to have the "kanban Board" not in the Projects Section. So I want to have it as a seperate menu item like Filters.
kind regards
Sabine
Regarding having the Kanban board as a separate menu item, Jira allows you to create boards that are not tied to a specific project. You can create a board based on a filter, which can then be accessed independently of any project. To do this:
From the top navigation at the top of the page, select the search field (or press /
) and select Go to all: Boards.
Then select Create board in the upper right of the screen.
and select Create a Kanban board
You can base your board on an existing saved filter, which allows it to be accessed separately from the project section.
