How can the customer that the request is for approval.
who will approve.
and the status of approval.
Not showing on the comments agent portal, unless you will click the history.
Please check if you are looking to have same as below to your project customer portal.

If yes, then kindly make the below changes to your project.
In your project, go to Project settings --> Request Types
Search and add the field Approvers if already not added to the Request Type and click on save changes.

Customer side is now working.
My problem right now is how to display on the Comments box that the request was approved. by not clicking the Approvals of the ticket.
it was displaying before, but now it was disappeared under comments.
