Is there a way a voicemail can be transcribed and then entered as a ticket?

@Raoul Kaiser I dont know that this is possible, you can however get your phone system to send voicemails via email and then configure email requests to create issues.

Yeah, that is the easy part. I am looking for the transcription piece to help fill out the production support issue.
