What app do you use for Slack/Jira Service Management integration?

Greetings everyone!

We are currently looking for an app that integrates Slack with JSM with the following requirements:

• Auto-create JSM tickets when a new message is added to a specific Slack channel
• Synch comments from Slack to JSM and vice-versa
• Create JSM tickets from adding an emoji to a Slack message
• Display a form in Slack based on configuration that will then create a ticket in JSM
• Any other cool features

We currently use Helpdesk+ to integrate JSM with Slack but are looking for competitive options and the community's feedback.

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Since you are on JSM Premium you have access to Atlassian Assist, built on Halp, which does exactly what you are asking for.

No, it is now part of JSM. It used to be that you needed a Halp subscription, but that was before Atlassian Assist.
