What can I customize about the help center? -Personalización de Marca

Hola, estoy intentando hacer una configuración un poco más llamativa en mi centro de ayuda. El logo ya sé que no hay manera de aumentarlo, se ve muy chico. Los mensajes de bienvenida los modifiqué pero me sigue apareciendo el estándar. Por ejemplo: Bienvenido al Centro de Ayuda.

Hice los cambios en donde se indica, pero no me aparecen en el portal:

Pero no logro que los cambios se vean en la bienvenida, solo en el mensaje.

Hi @Autoperforantes_TEL welcome to the community! Have you tried clicking the 'Customize' tab along the right hand side of the window?  From there you can click 'Customize look and feel'.  From there you can setup a 'Help Center Banner' which is a much larger logo that you can use.  (I did that and found a nice wide company approved image, it looks great!)  

You can also change the title and change colors etc.  There isn't a lot you can do yet.  I know I've seen several suggestions out on Atlassian's Jira site (jira.atlassian.com).  Feel free to vote for and watch any you see out there (like this one: JSDCLOUD-2327 )

Dan... i´ll to answer in english. Thank you so much. Yes i tried to do it... I could do some litles changes. add the logo, change the colors.  i coul put this:

But i can see the change reflected in my site :( I fallowed all the instructions step by step... but i´m doing something wrong :(
