When I try to install addon I'm getting an error

Hello,

I try to install a free addon to my JSD Cloud, but I always get an error message. (The addon name is "WhatsApp Notification Cloud")

I try to install another addon to my JSD Cloud and it's working fine.

The error message is:

We ran into a little trouble

It might just be a hiccup. Try again in a bit.

I checked the Site settings > Product Access > administrators and site-admin groups and I am include in these groups.

Anybody can explain what I missing? or can give me an answer to what to need to do?

I would recommend reaching out directly to the Whatsapp support . It might be some recent compatibility issue.

This issue is still persisting. I tried to instal it yesterday, and it gave me the same message as Guy (1st thread)

Has anyone had any luck installing whatsapp, or is it being re-developed ?
