I can observe the option within my JSM Premium instance; nevertheless, despite attempting various CSV files, I have been unable to activate the "Start import" button. How can I confirm whether this feature has already been enabled?
Thanks in advance, Francisco Castrillo
In addition to what @Aaron Geister _Trundl_ mentioned, please take a look at this posting by Atlassian on this functionality as it is currently being rolled out to customers -
Here is a link where indicate different functionality among all Atlassian Cloud products on the functionality rollout - https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/blog/2023
Hope this also helps.

@Francisco Castrillo
Good day and hope all is well.
I know this may be a silly question but did you upload the CSV file already? Typically when there is an upload it will show the file name before uploading.
I haven't got to use this feature yet but I know it was shipped.

Thank you, @Aaron Geister _Trundl_. Yes, this image depicts the state after I had already browsed for and uploaded a CSV file.

When I get issues like this I typically will reset my browser cache. Then try again to see if it works.
I would try that. I am sure it was just shipped this week so maybe you found a bug.
Is this import option in the customers area in the project side bar?

I just found this for documentation and wanted to share.
It states in there that all field data must match from the custom field data if you have any.
Otherwise just Email and Org. I would double check your CSV maybe its not matching.

I believe a lot of this complication maybe from the release day and just minor bugs. It seems all is working now!
