One of my colleagues is launching his standard agent view and the cases in the default queue are correctly displaying in the right-most pane. However, the left-side menu is displaying 'Tails' where it should say 'Queues' for a few seconds before it corrects itself.
No one else I have spoken to has witnessed this behaviour and it would be good if someone could advise on why this is happening.
Thanks
I hope this helps some of you.
We now believe the issue may be caused by a browser plug-in or configuration where a translator believes the page contents are in French and is attempting to translate them into English
The French word 'Queues' translates into the English word 'Tails'
This actually makes a lot of sense! I remember turning on translation in Chrome (completely by accident) for a different web page right before I had this issue in Jira.
Thanks for sharing this update!

Thanks Marc,
However, I have since discovered another user with exactly the same issue. Oddly, it's not affecting me.
Only difference I can think of is that the 2 affected users are both Atlassian Admins whilst I am only a JSM Admin.
Beyond that, I haven't a clue.

I'm and org admin on multiple sites and I can't reproduce it, on any site.
The I can only suggest the options I gave or raise an issue at Atlassian Support.

I have done exactly that. Thanks for looking into it.

Were you able to get any more info on this? I just experienced this myself this morning.

Hi @mfkenney
Unfortunately no. It's occurred a couple of times but Atlassian can only advise capturing browser logs. This problem is it's too late to enable that by the time it happens and almost as soon as you take any action, the issue disappears.
I'm glad we are not the only ones affected though. It does mean the issue is 100% an Atlassian one.
