Hi
I am setting up Service Desk for testing.
I have created a few Test Customers and the Customers can log in and create cases.
1 Customer did not receive email and cannot login to the customer portal.
I want to reset the password.
This is only a protal user.
Regards
Chris
On the Customer Portal login screen is an option to reset the password. However if a customer has not signed into your Portal or registered an account, then they don't have an account to reset.
If the account has been created (above option will work) OR if you as Jira Administrator want to reset it, then go to Jira Settings, Administration, Jira Service Desk and click on the users, and change password etc.

Hi @Mike Bowen ,
It seems that I just simply cant find the way to the customers password reset. Your Post has been a while ago now, would it still be the same wat to navigate to this page?

The easiest way for me (or if you have several sites) is by navigating to:
Settings > User management > Products (top) > SITES AND PRODUCTS (left) > select your site > JIRA SERVICE MANAGEMENT (left) - Portal customers
Cheers
