Once the Customer Feedback Satisfaction is turned on, who will receive the request to provide the response? Will it go the reporter, or all of the request participants, if so can this be restricted to just one or the other?

Hi @Josh Costella not sure I fully understand. How would the client receive the link if it is not provided to them via email or within a ticket they can see on the client portal?
