Why doesn't On-Call provide a webcal URL?

Opsgenie provided a webcal URL for individuals' on-call schedules. Jira dropped this feature. Why was such a useful feature omitted? Its absence is almost enough to stay on Opsgenie. I don't want to consult Jira every time I need to check my schedule for conflicts with on-call shifts.

Hi @Erick Hitter

It seems that Atlassian no longer supports the Webcal export instead it has the ics one though as confirmed in this thread https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Opsgenie-questions/Re-Return-on-call-schedule-webcal-link-through-API/qaq-p/2766504/comment-id/7740#M7740.

If Webcal was an integral feature for you, I'd recommend raising a new ticket with the Atlassian support for them to check internally and raise a new CR at their end to get this feature implemented.

@Jehan Bhathena that article seems to be accessing the webcal link from the API versus accessing it at all.

@Erick Hitter if you do submit a ticket can you drop it here? This loss of functionality from OpsGenie to JSM Operations is a huge loss to our team
