What's going on here with the ticket view for a customer viewing tickets submitted by them?

It seems to be an on-going issue. Please vote and comment as it helps to push these changes through. This is concerning that a simple UI related issue has not been fixed.
Unfortunately, you may need to review and test the addon, Refined Theme for JSD.
