I have a question, what happens is that I am entering users into a Jira Service Management project. But I am noticing that in the email box it does not bring anything, it only brings it to me, does anyone know why this is?

Have you check their accounts (after you added them) via Settings >> User management section?

Yes I already reviewed
the accounts and indeed they have the mail.
But I think it is because the email is only given to the person who creates the project or should it be given to everyone?

Can you take a screenshot of your issue, so I can better understand regarding to "email box"?

Look at these are the users we currently have and how they look like each one has their email.
The problem arises is when I put them in a project, every time I add them they come without the email, as shown in image number two
