HI @Rajan Dangol

Did you create a JSM site only?

If you did, this is a bug that you encoutered, JRACLOUD-79002

Work around is to simply delete the duplicate resolutions

Hi @Rajan Dangol ,

If you want you can just delete the duplicate name by clicking delete. There will be a confirmation that allows you to change the related issues to another resolution.

Hope it helps.

Thank you!

Hi Dexter,

I've found that you can't delete the duplicate done Res code - Jira says the following - "The 'Done' resolution is a system managed resolution and cannot be deleted.".

Any thoughts?

thanks

Have you started fresh in Cloud or migrated from Server/Data Center?

Have you imported projects or issues at some point?

I think maybe these are used in Change and Service Request? Possibly?
